A Mindfulness-Centered Healing Journey for Young Women (Ages 18–24)
The Emerging Lotus Program offers a sacred space for young women to grow, heal, and reconnect with their voice, purpose, and sense of worth. Grounded in the principles and practices of mindfulness, this program invites each Emerging Lotus Member to slow down, listen inwardly, and cultivate presence to discover that healing begins not in doing, but in being.
Members of the program meet twice per month to move together through three three-month cycles of self-discovery, Emerging Lotus 101, 201, and 301. This program may be followed by an optional second-year experience, Roots and Wings.
Each cycle deepens the practice of mindfulness and compassion, creating a pathway of emergence. Combined, they form a two-year pathway toward inner peace, authentic expression, and purposeful living.
