Lotus Rising: A Mindfulness Circle for Emerging Adults (Ages 25–30)
Lotus Rising offers a welcoming space for emerging adults to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves during a meaningful season of becoming. Grounded in mindfulness and integrative wellness practices, this circle invites emerging adults to slow down, listen inwardly, and cultivate presence as a foundation for living with intention, clarity, and alignment.
Through mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, and reflective inquiry, emerging adults engage in a community-based educational experience that supports self-awareness, values-based living, and personal growth. Lotus Rising honors that adulthood is not a fixed destination, but an unfolding process, one that is deepened through stillness, curiosity, and shared humanity.
Lotus Rising members meet twice per month and move together through a three-month cycle focused on integration, self-understanding, and embodied presence. The circle is designed to support emerging adults as they navigate transitions, relationships, and evolving identities, while strengthening their capacity to live in alignment with what matters most to them.
Lotus Rising is created on the belief that growth does not require striving or fixing, but emerges naturally when space is created for presence, reflection, and compassionate connection.
Program Structure
Lotus Rising unfolds through three sequential 12-week cycles, designed to support emerging adults as they deepen their relationship with mindfulness, presence, and values-aligned living. Each cycle builds upon the previous one, allowing participants to grow at a steady, integrated pace.
