The Lotus Morning Practice

A Community Invitation to Begin with Presence

There is a sacred stillness that lives in the early hours of the morning—a quiet, unhurried space before the world fully awakens. It is in this tender moment between night and day that The Lotus Morning Practice finds its home.

The lotus has long symbolized emergence, renewal, and the gentle unfolding of one’s inner truth. Rising from the depths each morning, it opens itself to light and possibility with grace, untouched by what came before. In this same spirit, the Lotus Morning Practice invites us to arrive just as we are—rooted, present, and open to becoming.

Offered as a community-based mindfulness and meditation practice, this gathering creates space for restoration, rejuvenation, and inner connection. Through guided meditation, shared stillness, and intentional reflection, participants are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and begin the day grounded in presence and care.

This is a practice of return -
returning to the body,
to the breath,
to what is steady and true within.

The Lotus Morning Practice is open to all who feel called to begin their day in a supportive, reflective community.

  • $30 Sustaining the Path = Extends a seat to another emerging lotus who couldn’t otherwise practice

  • $15 Sustaining in Spirit = Unable to join us, but would like to be present in spirit? This gives someone else a seat in the circle while honoring your presence in spirit.

All are welcome, regardless of which level of support you choose.
